14-day money-back guarantee

If PageScore isn't right for you, email hello@creationic.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Freemius, Inc.. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; depending on your bank this can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund; ask us within 14 days if you want one.

Renewals

If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
